Detailed steel line engraved map on paper in elaborate 19th century gothic style. Originally produced to accompany Thomas Moule’s part work series “English Counties Delineated” published between 1830-36. Later the maps appeared in Barclay’s Dictionary. There is a view of Lincoln Cathedral.
Measures 200 x 265 mm. Good condition. Age toning to margins.
